Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds & Returns

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for used, washed, or altered products unless they arrived damaged.
