Return & Exchange Policy
  1. No Returns: We do not offer returns under any circumstances. Only exchanges are available.
     

  2. Eligibility for Exchange: A request will be considered only if:

    • You received the wrong product.

    • You received the wrong size.

    • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

    • We determine that your reason for exchange is genuine and valid.
       

  3. Conditions for Exchange:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

    • Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

    • We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
       

  4. Processing Time: All replacements and exchanges will be processed within 10-12 business days from the date of approval.
     

  5. Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items such as personalized products, clearance sale items, innerwear, and accessories may not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
     

  6. Shipping & Handling:

    • Customers may be required to bear the return shipping cost unless the issue is due to our error.

    • In case of a replacement, we will cover the cost of reshipping the correct product
      .

  7. Final Decision: The company holds the right to approve or deny exchange requests based on the product condition and reason provided.
